Extraction of damaged poles and erection of new electrical RCC pole at LIS Sohanjana.

The job includes extraction of existing 03 nos. old and damaged RCC poles of the transformer structure and erection of 3 nos. of new RCC poles at the appropriate locations. The job includes necessary shutdown and ensuring complete isolation of HT and LT lines and also includes dismantling existing transformer and placing it on the ground using hydra crane and then dismantling connections, cross-arms, insulators, stays, earthing, and other accessories from the poles. Further extraction of old and damaged poles should be done by excavation of the earth around the damaged poles by means of hydraulic excavator with loader. The job included providing and erection of 3 nos. New RCC poles by excavating pits of required size and depth by use of hydraulic excavator with loader. The poles should be erected vertical with proper alignment and plumbing and secured by providing PCC of 1:2:4 mixture around the foundation. After initial setting of concrete, the pits shall be backfilled with excavated soil and properly compacted. Further the transformer should be placed on channel by using hydra crane. Also the cross-arms, insulators, stays, earthing, and all HT/LT fittings shall be re-fixed on the newly erected poles. HT and LT conductors shall be re-strung, sagged, and clamped properly. On completion, earthing resistance should be checked and all connections should be inspected. The job also involve assembling back the top cover of transformer by P/F gasket and required nuts and bolts after filling the filtered transformer oil and topping up by fresh transformer oil 400 ltrs. approximately. Complete job includes cost of material including electrician charges, labour charges, charges for tools and tackles required for execution of work at LIS Sohanjana.
