Design, fabrication, supplying and installation of illuminated LED display board of sizessuitable for mounting on wall/ angle iron frame as per approved design with the followingspecifications.a) Board frame shall be made of 25mm x 25mm square MS hollow tube of 18 SWG on which front sheet of 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panel (ACP sheet) shall be fixed and its back side should be covered by 22 SWF GI sheet. The Laser / Router shall be used for ACP letter cutting (for proper accuracy) as per drawing the 3 mm acrylic sheet be used for making raised letter with the help of laser, the letter should be 4 mm raised arrangement to fixing from inner side of the board.b) Letter of size as per drawing shall be made of minimum 3 mm acrylic sheet in which suitable arrangement for pasting LED modules shall be made.c) The letter shall be IP-65 protectiond) LED modules of 1.2 volts Hilight/Samsung/Osram make (0.4 watt and minimum 120 lumens per watt) in one module with suitable pasting arrangements with the help of dual side tape or adhensive solution as reqd.e) Single LED driver shall be pasted in the board with IP-68 or more grade protectionf) The signage board shall be bilingual (Hindi & English) with logo of PWD and will be of different sizes as per requirements Product. will be of different sizes as per requirements Product
