| 1 | Drilling of 125mm dia Submersible Pump borewell in collapsible strata conglomerate, boulders, gravel, pebbles, silt, clay, rock etc formation whatsoever encountered at site. The job envisages construction of Hand Pump Wells of an avg. depth of 60 Mtrs. below ground Level, or till the sufficient discharge of water is available from the bore hole by way of Drilling of 125mm Bore Holes using 115mm ODX method and exploration of underground potable water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones with simultaneously lowering of 125mm M.S/G.I. plain ended pipe duly chamfered and welded. The job includes all charges on account of cost of drilling/ accessories/tools/ attachments/bits/POL's/ consumable/ labour etc with carriage of all materials upto site of work, including cost of suitable casing pipe (ISI marked steel tubes for water wells of hot types finished seamless (HFC) electric automatic fusion welded (HFC) resistance welded in length of 3Mtr with tolerance of + 10cm beveled casing 125mm dia nominal bore with 4.5mm thickness/shoe of adequate hardness. The size of adopter fixed on top of the motor should exceed the top of coupler, for safeguard the coupler. The construction material of motor and pump should match IS: 8034: 2018 and IS: 9283 guideline. The radial flow pump set should operate at 5 star energy efficiency level of BEE and mixed flow pump set should operate at 3 star energy level of BEE, accompanied by valid BEE certificate. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011 with required accessories including making connection suitable for Bore well. The job includes labour part of lowering of riser pipe G.I/ H.D.P.E. Excluding the cost of riser pipes but including the cost of steel rope, cables clamps, and nuts bolts etc., jointing of electrical cables up to Starter. All labour for testing of submersible pumps set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect as per the direction and approval of the site Engineer. The contractor shall submit the OEM NABL / CPRI / ERDA accredited lab test certificate received from the OEM before execution.
