Charges for cutting the HRH header connection tube of size OD 47.63mmx 5mm thick removal of existing defective boiler tube from the header stub by grinding, the new tube edge preparation, positioning and tube welding includes two layer tig welding and 4 layer arc welding by IBR welder

Charges for renewal of defective boiler tubes of size above 44.5mm OD inclusive of transportation, cutting of defective tubes, edge/spool preparation, welding with IBR welder and assisting for hydraulic test

Charges for preheating the welding area and post heating the welded area and stress relieving in Boiler header / tubes up to 2m² area during rectification works. This work involves arrangements of required heating coils, power cables, control unit, recorder etc
