| 4 | Construction of 150mm thick compacted (in two layer each ) Wet Mix Macadam to confirming to clause 406 of MORT&H (Ministry of road transport and highway)specification (5th edition) having as laid, density of 2.2gm/c.c (Two point Two gram per cubic centimeter) by providing laying, spreading and compacting clean, crushed aggregate and granular material conforming to Table 400.12 (Physical characteristics) Table 400.13 (grading) of MORT&H (Ministry of road transport and highway)specifications (5th edition). The material shall be premixed with water at OMC in Mixing Plant/Pan type mixer/Pug Mill and mixed material carried to site by tippers and spread uniformly and evenly on the prepared sub base/base by paver finisher of adequate capacity and all high and low spots remedied by removing or adding aggregate, as required and rolled with 8-10 (Eight to ten tones) tones roller to achieved/desired density. It shall included the cost of tools and plants, carriage of material from stacks, templates, barriers, safety temporary warning lamps at night, chowkidar, maintenance of diversion etc. Complete in all respects as per MORT&H (Ministry of road transport and highway) specification and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. | 8 | Providing and laying 30mm thick bituminous concrete as per clause 507 of MORT&H specification with mechanical paver after mixing aggregate and bitumen as per design mix in Hot mix plant using minimum 5.40% bitumen of grade VG- 30 and using both coarse and fine aggregate filler stone dust @2% by weight of aggregate confirming to relevant specification laid in MORT&H specification clause 507.2.2 and 507.2.3 with grading confirming to table 500-17 gradation –II of MORT&H specification and density of bituminous concrete as laid 2.35 gm/cc complete in all respect as per MORT&H specification and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.N.S. |
| 9 | Providing and applying 2.5mm (minimum) thick thermoplastic road marking paint for edge line, central line, stop line, segregation line, zebra crossing, arrows and other road signs etc. The thermoplastic material should be homogeneously composed of pigment, hot resin and glass reflectorising beads @0.250 Kg/Sqm. The gradation of glass beads must be as per table 800.4 and properties of material should be as per table 800.3 of MORT&H specification (5th revision). The work should be complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.N.S. |
| 10 | Providing and fixing GI pipe railing consisting of 2\\" dia (B Class) having Vertical members of 3'-3\\" height( 2'-3\\" above ground and 1'-0\\" below ground)@ 7'-0\\" c/c & horizontal members at top fixed with the help of GI elbow/tee/angle tee wherever required for 2\\" Dia GI pipe. The vertical members shall be welded at bottom with cross hold fast 9\\" long of MS flat 50 x 6mm embedded in ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1' x 1' x 1'.
