| 2 | Disconnect electrical connection from the motor,keep the cable by covering with protective device and dismantling the motor from its base by removing various types of nuts, bolts & coupling as per instruction of EIC and keep it safe side. |
| 3 | Open out the line shaft by removing the guide channel, Plummer blocks, couplings, bolts etc.Making of barricade and scafolding arround the existing plateform with bamboo/pipe railing on any accident. |
| 4 | Dismantle the complete pump assembly such as Impeller, Impeller shaft, coupling ,bearing, bushes etc. part by part. |
| 5 | Sealing the main incoming & delivery line by making blank flange and other suitable way. |
| 6 | Mfg. supply and fitting fixing of gland bolts as per sample. |
| 7 | Mfg. supply of sleeve bush & sleeve sockets including matching with bearings. |
| 8 | Repairing of damaged Stuffing Box followed by tapping ,machining & other needful operations and proper leake prove arrangement by using gland packing as per recommendation. |
| 9 | Mfg. supply with fitting fixing of G.M. bushes including machining complete as per sample and perfect match with the impeller housing and stuffing box. |
| 10 | Replacment of damaged bearing (22211) with new one as per sample from reputed make. |
| 11 | Dynamic balancing of the impeller with impeller shaft and static balancing of motor and intermediate shaft. |
| 12 | Mfg. supply of coupling pin & bush made from carbon steel as per sample. |
| 13 | Supply fitting fixing of special type nuts, bolts & washers to match with the volute, base etc. |
| 14 | Straightening of impeller shaft and line shaft by using hydraulic jack and other suitable tools and tackles to make it perfectly straight. |
| 15 | Removing the sealing materials from the suction and delivery side of the pump unit. |
| 16 | Servicing & overhauling of complete rotating units of pump with cleaning & washing of all the squares thoroughly by slashing oil. |
| 17 | Complete re-fitting the pump with bearings, bearing housing impeller shaft, impeller jam nut and all supplied accessories. |
| 18 | Assembly of the whole pump unit consisting of coupling line shaft, Plummer block base plate, motor pedestal etc. |
| 19 | Lowering the pump units in its own position by engaging necessary tools & tackles. |
| 20 | Commissioning the motor on the pedastal & coupled the motor on pedastal & coupled the motor side coupling & pump side coupling & connect the electric line and trial run unload and load. |
| 21 | Corrosion free black anticorrosive epoxy primer and two coats synthetic enamel paint on pump body . |
