Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic/mechanical brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.225 kg (zero point two two five kilogram) per square meter on the prepared Bituminous surface complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 503 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) compacted thick bituminous concrete with min 40-60 TPH (forty- sixty tonne per hour) hot mix batch type/drum type plant with electronic control Grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (Thirteen millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-thirty) @ 5.50% (five decimal five zero percent)/ Job mix formula of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepered surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic type roller of 12-15 (Twelve-fifteen Tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56mpa (Zero point five six ) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six-eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH technical specification clause No. 509 and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (two decimal five millimeter) thick and 0.10 (zero decimal one zero) meter wide strip in centre line and 0.30 (zero decimal three zero) meter wide strip in zebra crossing including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms (two hundred fifty grammes) per square meter area, thickness of 2.5mm (two decimal five millimeter) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35 (thirty five) in accordance with ministry of road transport specifications (Latest revision) and IRC code the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from strasks and holes including carriage of all labours, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of tranpottation in all leads , lifts and all incidental charges.
