Earth work exception for foundation in all solids and sub-solids to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive shoring, structing and baling out water wherever necessary and filling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layer of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the department officers with initial lead and lifts etc. including leaving the sites complete complying with standard specifications etc complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting in the position of centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.00 m high for plain surfaces with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90 mm x 60 cm and or suitable size stiffened with welded-mild steel angle of size 2mmx25mmx3 mm for boarding laid over silver oax (country wood) joists of size 10 x cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props 10 mm to 13 cm dia spaced at about 75 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed the departmental officers. Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position mild steel or deformed steel bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting straightening cutting, bending, cranking binding welding etc. Including cost of binding wire MS.chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying Well Gravel to the specified thick including cost and conveyance of Well gravel from approved quarry and stocking the same at road side to Departmental guage for premeasurement as directed by the Departmental Officers including labour charges for spreading in layers not exceeding 75 mm thick (or) as specified by the departmental officers, levelling, sectioning etc., and all other charges for tools and plants employed for the work and all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete as per standard specification. as per clause 301 & 305 of MORTH Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part m.sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std.
