Bidder to evaluate and suggest an optimal and cost effective option. · The heat exchanger shall comprise of aluminium fins mechanically bonded on copper tubing. · The aluminium fins shall have a factory applied Black Fin heat exchanger coating comprising of corrosion resistant complex (Acrylic + epoxy + melamine) resin coating designed to perform in corrosive environments such as seaside with high salt contamination. · In order to avoid short cycling of hot air, the outdoor unit fan should have an external static pressure of 80 Pa or more, top discharge for easy discharge of hot air. · The selected unit shall be capable to deliver listed capacity at 39 degree centigrade ambient condition without deration. · Units above 16 HP should be with multiple compressors. The above design basis details as well as the attached HVAC drawings are indicative only. The agency quoting for the work to study the drawings, visit the site and shall propose the most suitable and optimum design (technically and financially) of HVAC system for the project based on their review. The following points also to be considered by the agency while quoting for the work: · Heat load calculation details also to be submitted along with the design proposal. · Toilet exhaust outlet details for basement floor (provision only) to be decided in coordination with the project Architectural team. · Store and waste packing area exhaust layout in basement floor (provision only) to be decided in coordination with the project Architectural team. · Ventilation details to be provided for area marked as parking inside basement floor. · Air conditioning not required for electrical room in basement floor. · Exhaust details in kitchen areas in Ground floor to be designed. · Air curtain details to be provided. The total amount for designing, supplying, installing, testing, commissioning and handing over the total HVAC system for the RestStop project at Thalappady adhering to the above requirements and considering the indicative design and drawings to be entered in a BOQ format, clearly mentioning the split up details with specification and capacity of the equipments including VRF indoor units, VRV outdoor units, Ductable split units, inverter hi- wall split units, inverter Ductable split units, etc,..
