| 10 | Supply and fixing UV resistant polycarbonate bird spikes of multi-directional spike configuration all complete as per manufacture's specification at necessary locations like landings/ledges/rooftops/sill etc. to avoid bird nesting, the work shall include cleaning the surface with suitable surface cleaner to fix the bird spike. The rate shall include the cost of all necessary hooks, silicone spike adhesives, screws, cable ties etc. suitable for each locations, scaffolding or specialized ropes, labour charge, material cost etc. Note: Work shall commence only after obtaining approval of the sample from Infopark. |
| 11 | Site visit: Contractor must visit the site once in every 6months for a period of 3 years and check whether there is any damaged facade glasses and arrange for rectification within 15days from the date fo visit (as per the directions of Infopark) |
| 12 | Replacement of damaged glass including removal of the broken/damaged facade glass and fixing similar glass matching to the existing one(for next 3years). The rate shall include the cost of scaffolding and including all other accessories like clips/screws as required. |
