Supply & fixing of LED sign board fabricated with 80mm x 40mm x 3 mm thick M.S. Rectangular Hollow bar (minimum distance between to bar within 45'') and the frame complete with necessary priming and painting. All side of the board will be covered with 3 mm. thick A-1 Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) sheets (blue Color) fixed with the structure with special type steel nuts, bolts and washer etc. The complete installation will be water, vermin and dust insulated and protected and capable of preventing avoid wind pressure. The corner of the square board will be covered with anodized stainless steel angle (40mm x 40mm) by drilling hole and fixing the same with special type steel nuts, bolts and washer etc.(b) Letter Description: The letter made of Aclrylic Sheet with male female attachment, on router cut ACP Sheet of front incl. all accessories as required. The Design must be pre approved from the EIC.Size of the letters- (i) 1st row-5 ''-22 nos. ( . , - Provide as needed) (ii) 2nd row- 11''-21 nos. (C) LED Illumination: High Bright, High Wave length closed type waterproof white LED modules (0.72 W or Higher) mounted on interior side of female part of letter with power wire running back to a central power area with 12 Volt LED Power Transformer to adequately drive the whole LED modules without Flicker.(d ) Internal Electrical wiring will be done by Halogen Free Flame Retardent HRFR compound insulated (Unsheathed) 1.5 Sq.mm. copper flexible cable through interior conduit and Electrical Raceway.(e) S & F of out door type feeder piller box with locking arrangement and painting, suitable for installation the above mentioned SMPS/12 Volt LED Power Transformer with other accessories as pere direction of EIC. incl. all accessories as required. The Design and quality of materials must be pre-approved from the EIC.Making necessary arrangement for fixing the board on wall or parapet with required MS angle, nuts and Bolts etc. incl. S & F required MS angle, nuts and Bolts etc. incl carrying charges and mending good the damages. incl. Painting the total metal area with synthetic enamel colour (blue) over 2 coat of R.O. primer as per direction of E.I.C. (matter as per authority directed)Charges for making heavy type scaffolding arrangement for installation of the above metal sing board at a height of 20’ above GL and for construction of the supporting structure for multiple days as per direction of the EIC.

Cost for erection of the above mentioned signboard on the roof or wall of NTS building, which includes the following:Factory and erection of 4 MS angle iron supports using 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm mild steel angles. Each support shall be rigidly grouted to suitable concrete muffins (pedestals) to ensure structural stability against wind pressure and vibration.The muffins shall be constructed with suitable reinforcement and concrete mix as per standard engineering practice and site conditions. The signboard shall be securely fixed to the MS supports using bolts/welds as required. Alignment, levelling and positioning shall be ensured for proper visibility and aesthetics.All MS angle supports and exposed metal parts shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality.All painting work shall be done as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). The entire structure must be designed and installed in such a way as to withstand the wind pressure typically experienced at roof level, ensuring long-term stability and safety.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required. (a) 2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC

Note:1) All the above rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes & duties, District charges, Riverine charges and LWC as applicable, with cost of maintenance, servicing, supply & replacement of spares for 1 (one) years from the date of commissioning.2) The Agency must procure the materials from the manufacture/OEM or their authorised sales Channel so that the standard warranty/support of the manufacturerer/OEM becomes applicable to the product to be delivered and installed by them. Documents that authenticate such procurement from the manufacturer/OEM or from their authorised sales Channel and standard warranty/support should be sent from the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work/submission of bill. If any refubrished materials are supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rule. Before execution of the work the prospective bider has to submit layout drawing as per design of OEM dully approved by the OEM.3) Total is rounded off to the nearest rupees.
