164	E) Base frame and foundation : Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel & coupled through a flexible coupling or close coupled which shall be installed on existing cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangements as per recommendation of manufacturer.

185	Providing and fixing 12 mm thick Acrylic solid surface material of approved colour and make over the flexible plywood base of required shape.Preparation of Base : Concentric rings of 25mm thick BWP grade plywwod shall be placed at required intervals of Diameter required to achieve the desired shape and design. Aluminium pipes of size 25x50x2 mm to be closely installed vertically so that the flexible ply can be rolled over it. Then screw the 12 mm thick flexible ply over the aluminium frame to provide a smooth surface forming the central core of the pillar. Rings made of 25 mm thick BWP grade Ply are then fixed Horizontally along with vertical cleat members arranged so as to form a designer base required to achieve the desired shape and design. Flexible ply of 12 mm thickness is then fixed to this base and then finally cut to achieve the final design as per requirement.The Acrylic solid surface material is installed by cutting, seaming, bending and thermoforming pieces using a router and specialized adhesive including preparation of plywood surface by smoothening, layering, polishing etc. to achieve a seamless, high-quality finish on the solid surface.The top and bottom edges of the curves should be moulded to give a seamless and continuous surface round edge look.Thereafter placing the pre-fabricated Acrylic solid surface material pieces after thermoforming over the existing designer plywood base, align them using spacers for an even cut, and use a router with a straightedge to trim the edges so they meet perfectly. Apply the specialized joint adhesive to the cleaned and prepared seams. Bring the pieces together, clamp them firmly, and let the adhesive cure to create an inconspicuous seam. Once the adhesive is set, use a scraper or other tools to carefully remove any excess glue. Sand the seams to the desired finish to blend them into the surrounding material, using progressively finer grits of sandpaper. Finally the surface is polished to achieve glossy finished surface complete as per the design, specifications, directions and approval of Engineer-In-Charge.
186	Providing and fixing Stainless steel glass railing in curved shape, fixed on platform with required SS 304 grade brackets plates along with Stainless Steel 304 Grade Balusters of 40mm wide and 12 mm thick bar fixed on floor using 12 mm dia fastners connecting with the safety glass and 50mm SS 304 pipe railing as per design, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
