Providing and applying upto 25mm thick polymer modified mortar for structural repairs of RCC members by using CM 1:3 proportion with polymer modified mortar for structural repairs of RCC members by using CM. 1:3 proportion with polymer NAFUFILL 15 % of cement weight by hand packing including cleaning exposed reinforcement by mechanical wire brush & applying rust inhibitor & bondcoat of ZENTRFIX KMH. Application of Protective coating Supply and application of Siliane/Siloxane primer. Primer shall be applied by brush/sprayed over the prepared concrete surface at 0.30 to 0.40 litter/OneSquare Metre by using the airless nozzle gun. After applying primer coat, Single component aliphatic acrylate UV resistant protective cum decorative coat DEKilogram UARDS or similar shall be applied over the primed surface using airless nozzle gun in two coats and each coat shall be 150 microns DFT.
