The entire must should be hat dip galvanized after fabrication internally and externally in accordance with BS-739. All steel materials used in the construction of must comply with BSEN-10025 or equivalent of appropriate grade and welding in accordance with BS 5135 and comprising with lighting finaly and earthly terminal etc. with its accessories for the mast such as head frame suitable for 6 luminaries. PVC insulated flexible round copper cable (2.5sqmm), junction box (wearther proof cast alimintum), 6 nos foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washer, anchor plates and templates etc. 14nos. climbing step monkey ladder etc. including suitable lighting arrester is provided on the top of the head frame cover at center position and all other fitting accessories are made of stainless steel materials and from quality manufactures(make: Bajat/Utkarsh/Electro Pole/BPP/Transrail) incl. transportation, leading & unloading. |
| 2 | Civil foundation work for erection of high mast tower by earth work in excavation of foundation trench approx area 1.20m x1.20m x1.5m reinforced steel used in foundation 10mm tor at base and 12mm tor in pedestal as per direction of E.i.C. including removing spoils and neccessary treaming the site of trench leveling, dressing and bottom after that picked jhama bricks soiling and dressing bed levelling and filling joints after that distribution rod proper size srirrups, binder etc. and vertically MS rod 12mm dia foundation not less than 8 nos and levelling rod by 8 mm dia tor rod 8 inch apart inci. binding with 16 SWG black anneals wire steel shuttering and placement of not less thn 5 nos (53 mm dia x 1200 mm long) Foundation bolt with anchor plate of strength and ready mis concrete of M20 grade with graded stone chips 20 mm as per IS 10262 and IS 456 (proportion 1:1.5:3) complete and water regidity next 7 days considering the safe soil bearing capacity as per site condition as per manufacturers design all complete as per direction of the undersign of NIT and Engineer-in-charge |
