Comprehensive maintenance Model: SHARP-6020 NV photocopier machine installed in the O/o Executive Engineering (E), EMD, M-South Sukhdev Vihar New Delhi which includes all consumable items to be relaced like drum, Cartridge, Drum, blade H, Blade R, heat roller, pressure roller, toners, fixing assembly developer etc and periodical visit for routine maintenance etc as required (upto 55000 copies from each machine per year)

Comprehensive maintenance Model: XEROX-B-7030, photocopier machine installed in the O/o the Chief Engineer South, 7th Floor PWD replacement of damage/worn out spare parts and periodical visit for routine maintenacne etc. as required (upto 70000 copies from each machine per year)

Providing and installation of New Digital Photocopier Machine for A3 Size paper with requrieed cartridge & repair on rental cum per copy basis inclusive of first 4000 copies A4 Size (free of cost per month) required paper for photocopy shall be supplied by the departement free of cost.
