Status of L-1 firm will be decided on the basis of SLR Quoted by firm. However premium over SLR and steel fabrication rates shall be negotiable, if necessitated, with L-1 firm. 2. All the material shall be supplied by the PSPCL. 3. Any quantity of work can be increased/decreased depending upon actual site conditions. 4. The bidder shall quote FIRM, FOR % premium on PSPCL Scheduled Labour Rates inclusive of all taxes (except GST). GST shall be paid extra. 5. Any statutory increase/decrease in Taxes shall be to the account of PSPCL. 6. The work shall be carried out as per sketches/guidelines supplied by respective Sr.Xen/Sr.XEN Op. Divisions under DS Circle Jalandhar or any higher authority of PSPCL. The work shall be completed as per norms of the PSPCL. 7. Dismantled material if any, shall be returned by the Contractor to store within 15 days of the completion of work through JE concerned. Transportation shall be provided by the Contractor without any extra cost. 8. PSPCL reserves the right to cancel the tender process at any stage without assigning any reason thereof. No corrigendum in this regard will be published in newspapers. Details regarding corrigendum may be seen on Punjab Govt. site. https://eproc.punjab.gov.in 9. Copy of PSPCL Scheduled Labour Rate, If required can be obtained from this office. 10. PSPCL reserves the right to allocate the tender to L-1 or more bidders at its discretion.
