Operation and Maintenance of water supply scheme as a whole including cost of all labour to be deployed i.e. Pump Operator, Assistant Pump Operator, Chowkidar, Beldar, Fitter or any other skilled/un-skilled labour contigent to the work, watch and ward of all departmental assets, treatment of water as per manual of CPHEEO/IS code and specification, maintenance of source, regarding running of pumping machinery. The job shall include cost of all major, minor repairs of pumping machinery and electrical installation such as rewinding of motors, lubrication, replacement of impeller,Kit kat, HRC fuses gland dori and other essential items required etc. required for repair during the sudden shut down of pumping machinery as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
