Providing Laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specifcation including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing rolling with 3-wheeled static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushable screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per techical specification clause 405 by Mechanical means including haulage of material within all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) grade on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road spraying primer @ 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502.including haulage of material within all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion ( RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical specification Clause 503 including haulage of material within all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100 -120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler,i.e 129.50Kg per cum as per job mix formula along with addtion of anti striping agents i.e Zycotherm @ 0.11% of bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect Including haulaging/carriage of all labours,equipments and materials to various location through all mode of transporations in all leads,lifts to the entire satisfaction and diection of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 the finished surface to be levelled uniform and free from streaks and holes complete in all respects.(on valley side) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
