| 1 | Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases. | 2 | Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete nominal mix 1:5:10 ( one cement is to five sand is to ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40 millimeter (forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures and the like drain etcetera including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 3 | Backfilling behind retaining wall/breast wall complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 in granular material within all leads and lift of material as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. | 4 | Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain or reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimeter) dia P.V.C. pipe (Finolex/ Vertex) with slope of I (v): 20(H) towards drainage face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 700 and 1200 including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. | 5 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M ten) per cubic metre nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement is to three sand is to six crushed stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimetre) nominal size) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200.and to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. | 6 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 (M-twenty) design mix with cemnt contents not less than three hundred thirty kg per cubic metre in substructure as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in bed block, dirt wall, kerb and wheel guard etc. and curing complete including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. | 11 | Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete 80 mm (eighty millimeter) thick inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 (M-fifty) grade including M-30 (M-thirty) grade concrete edge block 300 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm (three hunderd millimeter into three hundred millimeter into one hundred fifty millimeter) of grey or coloured shade. Interlocking Concrete block pavement shall consist of surface layer of appropriate sized concrete paving blocks paved and compacted over 25 mm (twenty five millimeter) thik bedding sand layer of specified grading, which is spread over a properly constructed and profiled base course and is bounded by properly installed edge restraints. The joints shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading. The concrete paving block shall confrom to the relevent IRC code and MORD technical specification section 1500 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. | 14 | Providing laying and rolling by mechnical means of open grade premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) thickness composed of 13.2mm (thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6 mm ( five decimal six millimeter) nominal size crushed stone aggregate mixed in the ratio 2:1 (two is to one) and @ 0.27 cum (zero decimal two seven cubic metres ) mixed with bitumen VG-10 (ten) @ 14.60 kg (fourteen point sixty kilogram) per ten square meter of road surface laid to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including heating binder and aggregate in hot mix plant 30/40 ton capacity per hour transporting mixed material with tippers and laying with pavers finisher to the required grade to be followed by seal coat of type-B and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 KN ( eighty -one hundred) KN static road roller to required level and grade as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.
