Construction of penetration of macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coaurse aggregates using chips spreader with alternative applications of bitumen binder and key aggregates and rolling with true wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achive the desired degree of compaction as per technical specificatiion clause 506.50 mm(Fifty milimetre) thick. including haulage of material within all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion ( RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (zeor p;oint twenty five to zero point thirty Kilogramme per square metre) on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical specification Clause 503 including haulage of material within all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.50 (Five point Five zero) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect including haulage of material within all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder including waste plastic @ 5.50 (Five point Five zero) percent (5.06% bitumen and 0.44% Waste plastic) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect including haulage of material within all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The maintenance of drains include erosion, repair, cleaning reshaping, regrading, deepening of side drains as well as catch water drans as pe technical spesification clause 1907 including haulage of material within all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (Two point five milimetre)thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm (Two hundred fifty gramme per square metre) area, thickness of 2.5 mm (Two point five milimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.including haulage of material within all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
