Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags or compress air to receive the bituminous.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion using bitumen emulsion on the prepared granular surface including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.690 kg/sqm including cost of all materials etc. complete.

Fine dressing to proper camber incuding all labour T & P etc complete.

Providing and laying “BITUMINOUS MECADAM” with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibrating and tandem rollers to Achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works .

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transporting the hot mixed to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause508 of MoSRT&H specification for Road and Bridge work.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm. thick including rafleat rising glass beads @ 250 gm./sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm. is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35. The finished surface to be leveled , uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete.

Cement concrete(1:2:4) using 20 mm size C.B.G. Chips in F & P including all cost carraiage royalty taxes etc.complete.
