Excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 M in narrow trenches having bed width 1.25m & below for laying of pipes for water supply and sewerage works in the following type of soils as directed by Departmental officers Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth,shales, murram gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil.SS20B

Supply of 160 mm Hdpe Pipe - pe 100 As Per Is 4984/2016 (PN - 10 ) standard specification inculding all charge extra, complete.

Supply and delivery 150 mm dia of DI D/F Gate (sluice) valves (soft seated) resilient seated soft sealing Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with body Bonnet of Ductile cast iron of Grade GGG 40 or GGG 50, Wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM replaceable spindle nut without gland packing and with 3 O- Ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be of Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/ISI 14846-2000/DIN 3202 F4. All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside with pocket less straight through body passage. All the valves are to be compatible for buried application with pressure rating PN 10/16 and with 5 years warranty

Lowering of 160 mm HDPE pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the TWAD Officers

Jointing HDPE Pipes and Specials by butt fusion welding / electro fusion welding joints using fusion equipment as per ISO 21307-2011 and as per IS 7634 (part-2) : 2012 including cost of hire charges for butt fusion equipment power supply arrangements etc., complete as per directed by TWAD Board Officers.
