Hire charges per day for 1 No.Diesel/Petrol driven vehicle for 13 hours a day normally from 8.00AM to 9.00 PM or part thereof, for a block of 24 hours (25 days approx per month)

Retention charges per hour for the period exceeding 13 hours in a day subject to maximum of 2 hours per day, with a ceiling limit of 10 hours per month. Note: If the vehicle halts for a night outside the Head quarters of concerned officer, This schedule is not applicable.

Retention charges for night halt ( 3 days approx per month)

Performance factor Distance in Km propoulsion per litre of diesel/petrol to be adopted for purpose of contract( minimum 10 Km/Ltr) performance. (3000 Km approx per month)
