Providing & Fixing Ist quality standard White, gray, ivory,fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 and IS: 15622 of size 300mm x 200mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and piller)

Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceremic tile size 300x300mm confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4).

Door Frames : P & F T- iron frames for doors , windows and ventilators of mild steel , Tee section joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10 cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 fine sand6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size:) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including fixing of necessary butt hinged and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer

Providing and fixing M.S. sheet 1mm thick Single leaf door shutter windows in angle iron frame 35x35x5 mm suitabilly diagonally braced with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction of Engg. incharge but excluding cost of chowkhats: including two coats of anit-corrosive red oxide primer paint

Internal Plaster :Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished : 12MM THICK

External Plaster : Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished 20 mm thick

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of requiredshade including all scaffolding.New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm overand including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied@ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

PANTING ON DOORS & WINDOWS :- Painting with syntheitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give an even shade new steel work (2 or more coat on new work).
