Cleaning the existing painted surface & laying premix in patch repair with 40-20mm size graded hard stone grit mixed with Bitumen 80/100 @ 50kg/cum over a tack coat of Bitumen 80/100 @1.00 Kg/sqm i/c heating the grit & maxphalt to the required temprature & mixing eighter in mixture or in hand drum rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne as required with all labour, material, T&P etc. complete.

Sealing of craks on bituminous surface by spreading 6mm size heated stone grit @ 0.10 cum/10 sqm. Over rubberised tack coat having temperature 1600o C To 1700o C including supply of grit, maintenance of partries and watering during the operation, road roller, fuel for heating grit, all labour, T&P etc complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 10 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
