Cleaning existing painted surface & laying premix in patch repair with 10-20 mm size graded hard stone grit mixed with bitumen 80/10/VG-10 @ 50 kg/Cum. Over tack coat of bitumen 80/100 @ 1.00 Kg/Sqm including heating the grit & asphalt to the Required temprature & mixing either in mixer or in hand drum & Rolling with Road roller of 8 to10 tone as required with all labour, material, T7P etc. All complete

Applying a tack coat of rubberish hot bitumen of 80/100 (VG-10) penetration @ 1.0 Kg/Sqm .On road surface including mixing of 10% rubber by weight of butemen sieved through 6 mm Sieve. Cleaning the road surface fuel for heating the bitumen and all labour T&P etc. Complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Sealing of Cracks on bitumen surface by spreading 6mm size heated stone grit @0.10 Cum per 10 sqm. Over rubberised tack coat having temprature 1600C including supply of grit, Maintenance of Patries and watering during the operation, Road Roller, Fuel for heating grit, All labour , T&P etc. Complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing wall Putty on old surface with approved quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats.
