Category -I Note : i) In case of absent from duty by any worker on working day / Holiday, necessary deduction will be made from monthly bill as per prevailing norms for different cagetories. ii) Mandays means physical attendance & EL, if any & Holiday if any. iii) Cost of Dust Allowance, Tiffin allowance, Other allowance & Conveyance allowance, ESI , PF, Bonus, House Rent allowance, OT, Holiday & EL are included in rates. |

HR & A Deptt. and Utilizer Deptt., BTPS.Note: Payment will be made after submission of authentic bill/ invoice. |

Execution of the same on the basis of:-A) Building work (Vol-I) as per PWDSOR (WC-II) Govt. of W.B. as per relevant books effective from 01.11.2017 up to 15th addendum & corrigendum w.e.f. 07.09.2022 thereof.B) Sanitary & plumbing work (Vol-II) as per PWDSOR(WC-II) Govt. of W.B. as per relevant book effective from 01.11.2017 up to 7th addendum & corrigendum w.e.f. 22.01.2020 thereof.C) Roads work, Bridge & culverts work and carriage etc.(Vol-III) as per PWDSOR Govt. of W.B. for works as per relevant books effective from 30.08.2018 up to 10th addendum & corrigendum w.e.f. 24.08.2022 thereof.Payable quantity will be as per execution at actual and rates for payment will be on the basis of the finalized/ negotiated rates of WBPWD schedule for different item.D) Items not covered in above mentioned PWD schedule will be paid at actual with finalized/ negotiated rate after submission of authentic invoice/bills. |

The work to be carried out subject to availability of Pond inoperative condition. |
| 11 | Labour for M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP(6)-1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814-2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate excludes the cost of rolled steel section but includes cost of consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all incidental charges such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. |
