To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions hereinafter contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule .

Note - (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the appropriate cell this BOQ excel sheet (ii) Tenderer shall refer and selct the option Excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above or below SSR Part-II - 2020 (Rates), if '0' % quoted the same shall be treated at par with SSR Part-II 2020 (Rates). (iii) Amount inserted by MES in respective column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being Term Contract, work orders shall be priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.
