Complete, controlled dismantling and lowering of the existing 3-Ton Electric Overhead Traveling (EOT) Crane, including the provision and use of hydraulic lifters, necessary straightening of hydraulics, and engagement of heavy labor at the site

Complete repair, overhauling, and functional testing of the Flexible DS system. Scope includes replacement/repair of couplers and counter plates, Gl wiring, holding systems, and rigorous electrical testing of all existing associated motors and other electrical components/accessories.

Supply of PVC cable

Comprehensive repair and reconditioning of the main Electrical Control Panel, including the supply and incorporation of all required materials (e.g.. replacement of contactors, transformer, relays, wiring, and terminal blocks) to restore full operational capability

Repairing of the reel of the drum along with bracket. GM bush & keys.

Repairing of Pinion & shaft for the existing gear box

Supply of Limit switches for UP-Down & Cross Travel,

Comprehensive cleaning, oiling, greasing, and application of suitable wire rope compound to the hoist's wire rope.

Re-assembly and complete commissioning of the Repaired Panel Box, Wire Rope, Limit Switch, and all associated mechanical/electrical components.

Complete cleaning, rubbing, and surface preparation (as specified) followed by the application of the specified protective paint coating for the entire crane structure, including the Long Travel (LT) and Cross Travel (CT) girders. All statutory safety equipment and technical measures must be strictly adhered to, particularly during painting work carried out at elevated levels.
