The scope of supply shall include design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and provi ng of RAIL-Cum-Road Vehicle at consignee's premises as indicated in clause 2.3 of section-IV. The vehicle an d equipment should be of well proven design and should have been in successful use by developed railway s ystems for operations as mentioned above. The tenderer should submit documents to clearly establish its su ccessful use over various world railway systems. It includes all the concomitant accessories/ equipments as per clause 4.2 of Section IV of specification attached with this tender and other concomitant accessories/ equ ipment, which the manufacturer considers essential to make the machine fully operational, when installed an d commissioned. It shall also include installation and commissioning of related equipment, training of person nel in operation and maintenance of machine and supply of technical documentation. It shall also include Pre ventive Maintenance during 1st & 2nd year of warranty period including consumables, spares and manpower as per clause 16 of Section V of specification attached with tender. ]

CAMC for 5 years after completion of 2 years warranty period from the date of commissioning & proving out of machine by supplier.
