Digital mapping of the area of entire DDA Land by conducting Total station survey using latest T.S.S(GPS) machine providing longitude & latitude of some specific reference points. These specific reference points are also to be transferred on the ground. The following plans/Drawing are to be submitted in this office (Five no. of each plan/drawing or more if required) with soft copies in pen drive & CD as per the requirement survey manual and as per the direction of engineer in charge.i) Total station survey plan showing all permanent features i.e. water body, religious structure, existing roads, electric line with poles, trees, cluster of bushes& police booths etc. The details regarding Lapsed land, land under litigation and sajra plan shall be collected by the agency from the office of DD/LM/WZ & DD/LM/SWZ respectively, nothing extra shall be paid to the survey agency on account of coordination work with the LM dept of DDA.ii) Controlling of area to the surveyed showing, dimension of outer dies, diagonal, angles, coordination along with latitude & longitude with reference to some permanent structure.iii) Calculation of area, surveyed with triangulation.iv) Submission of KML/KMZ file (if required)v) Mark the laps and litigationvi) Superimposing of sajra on the TSS plan abovevii) Preparing and submitted TSS drawing of the land with dimensions and area free from encroachment, lapsed land and litigation etc i.e. feasible at site which is under the absolute possession of DDA based upon TSS conducted at site i.e. in the same pattern as directed by Engineer-in-charge.In this item including cutting of grass bushes etc. and cleaning areas etc. wherever for smooth working of conducting TSS at site. Nothing extra shall be paid to the agency for any work included in the item above (Excavation, Demarcation stone, cement concrete required for demarcation shall be paid separately.)

Providing services of a qualified Surveyor/Draftsman for carrying out site survey, field measurements, preparation of drawings, digitization of survey data and drafting work in AutoCAD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The item includes transportation of the Surveyor/Draftsman to site/office including laptop/computer with licensed AutoCAD software, measuring instruments, and all tools & equipment required for survey and drafting work.The rate shall include cost of:a) Hire Wages/charges of Surveyor/Draftsman.b) Transportation to site/offices(K-1 zone of DDA) or as per enginer-in-charge including local conveyance, fuel and travel expenses.c) Use of laptop/computer equipped with licensed AutoCAD software.d) Measuring tools such as measuring tape, staff, level, GPS or other accessories as required all complete.e) Preparation and submission of drawings in soft and hard copy.f) Includes all the charges nothing extra shall be paid.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a)All kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

NOTE: The agency shall deploy surveyor as when required or as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge. In case the required surveyor(s) are not deployed or found absent on the required day, a penalty of Rs. 10,000/- per surveyor per day shall be levied on the agency.
