| 2 | Crack Repair:All visible hairline cracks on wall and ceilings and not giving hollow sound, should be cut and widen in V shape with mechanical cutter.Fill cracks with Dr. Fixit PU sealant / Hybrid Sealant with suitable gun and smoothed with a putty knife or trowel. Allow sealant to cure a minimum (72 Hrs.) 3 days. |
| 3 | WATER PROOF PLASTER: Providing and laying water proof cement plaster 20mm in two coat backing coat of 12mm thick in CM 1:3 and second coat 8mm thick in CM 1:3 finish including supplying and adding water proofing compound weight of cement at all floor levels for repair to walls, ceiling , water retaining structures, depressions in bath/WCS etc. in quantities as required at site including scaffolding, curing layer will be allowed to air cure for 4hours followed with water curing for 48 hours, hacking of concrete surface etc. complete all as directed by engineer-incharge (to maintain bone dry condition underneath for 10 yrs) The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipe sand masonry with polymer mixed slurry. (Rates also includes disposing/taking away the debris outside the premises of ACTREC and disposing as per the statutory guidelines) |
| 4 | Providing & Applying one / two coats of primer & thereafter two coats of Acrylic emulsion ( Plastic Paint) of approved make First quality Asian Paints (Apcolite) / Goodlass Nerolac/ ICI to the required colour scheme and as per manufacturers instructions / specifications to the walls, beams, columns, ceilings, partitions doors etc. including thoroughly scrapping the existing surface with sand papers, removing old paint, filling up crevices and Applying and Levelling the existing surface with Birla White Cement based / Coloured waterproof Putti/POP Coat of average thickness of 1 mm or 2 mm as per requirements of approved brands necessary to obtain smooth surface, filling of cracks, removal of stains, painting spots on floors,aluminium window frame & glass etc including scaffolding etc as to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. |

| 6 | Providing and installing anchor rods in drilled holes and fixing with adhesives for anchoring base plates of columns to terrace slab/parapet wall. System of Hilti India shall be used with brand name HIT-RE 500 V3 + HIT-V(5.8) M16 meaning anchor rod nominal diameter 16 mm, embedment depth in RCC 115 mm total length of rod 185 mm. The rod shall be fully threaded for its entire length. The adhesive (injectable mortar) shall be HIT-RE 500 V3. The hole in steel baseplate shall be 18 mm. The hole in RCC shall be 18 mm. diameter. The method of drlling holes, cleaning the holes and injecting the adhesive shall be as specified by Hilti. The tools and equipment such as drill machine, blow pump, injecting gun etc. shall be those prescribed by Hilti. A washer and nut shall be provided. Minor levelling shall be done by providing a thin layer of suitable grout. If existing slab is not in level and major adjustment is required it shall be done in steel work by adjusting the level of purlins. | 7 | Providing structural steel (mild steel as defined in IS 800-2007 clause 2.2)for frame work of the proposed structure including fabricating, cutting, welding, rivetting, bolting, erection and finishing with one coat of primer and 2 coats synthetic enamel paint. |
| 8 | Providing metal roofing of sheets manufactured from zinc/ aluminum alloy colour coated from high tensile steel minimum yield strength 550 Mpa; total sheet thickness including coating 0.63 mm. profile and colour as approved by EIC ; generally as per DURASHINE Brand marketed by Tata Bluescope steel or equivalent including fixing as per manufacturers recommendations and including flashings and accessories such as ridges, corner flashings, end flashings and galvanised fasteners from reputedmanufacturers such as Mark Fasteners. For correct levelling and alignment of sheets height of purlin tops shall be adjusted as provided in purlin connections. Mode Of Measurements: Plain area in the inclined plane of sheets shall be measured. Nothing extra shall be added for collugations, profile, side laps, end laps etc. |
| 9 | Removing & re-fixing available door frame with shutter of all sizes all materials with necessary modification including cutting the existing shutter providing leeping patti all around the shutter if required including removing & refixing availbale old hinges,mortice lock, tower bolts ect. fixing aligning the door shutter in proper plumb and level etc. complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge |
| 10 | Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, door frames, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. |
