Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts etc. as required. a. Above 8 meter upto 11 meter.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/2.11 mm to 7/3.00 mm diameter including binding etc. as required.

Supply of following size ACSR conductor of required aluminum and steel strands including binding etc. as required as per IS O 398 part 2a) 7/2.11 mm to 7/4mm

Supply and Fixing of LT fuse Link on the angle iron of 50X50X6mm with Aluminium busbar strip 50X6mm fixes on busbar LT insulator including clamps for fixing of Fuse Link

Supply installation testing and commissioning of following rating , 11/0.433 KV, three phase, 50 HZ, outdoor type, Dynll, ONAN, Aluminium wound distribution transformer with off load tap changing arrangement on HV side in steps of ± 2.5%, ± 5%, ± 7.5% complete with all accessories viz. Conservator, oil & magnetic oil level indicator, lifting lugs, earthing studs, name plate and winding connections diagram and Bi-directional rollers etc. The transformer to be designed for an ambient temperature of 45C and winding temperature rise of 50C over ambient. Transformer to be as per IS 2026 Part I to Part V power transformer including first filling of filtered dehydrated transformer oil and conforming to IS 1180 of 1977 including making the provision for 11 KV pole structure, this item also include L.A set, link set, D.O set etc, with one no. PCC platform 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 20% boulder for construction of platform of size (5x8x4 ft.) for Electric sub-station and 1ft below ground including cost of earth work , shuttering and curing etc. complete Supply of swaged type steel tubular pole of following height duly painted with two coats of red oxide and two coats of silver paint made of Mild Steel conforming to IS 2713 part III of 1980 designated as 410 SP 30 HT 9 mtr planted in 1.5 m deep pole pit to be dug for the purpose, welded with (300x300x6) mm base plate at bottom including filling back the pit with cement concrete excavation 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 corse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nomial size) (excluding the cost of CC).
