Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable parameter Submersible pump motor set of reputed make (preferable Make viz. KSB, Crompton, Kirloskar, CRI makes Conforming to relevant IS Code). The job includes lowering of submersible pump set into the bore hole by way of providing and lowering of 25 mm Dia HDPE water well pipe. Submersible cable with fixtures such as support wire, clamps, nuts, bolts & washers. Fabrication and fitting of well cap. The scope of job includes the providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 1 HP single phase self-priming monobloc pump of reputed make. The job includes the interconnections of monobloc pump with the suction and delivery line of CPVC pipe. Providing, fitting and installation of single-phase starter controller panel with all the required electrical safety features of reputed make each of suitable capacity forsubmersible as well as monobloc motors. This job also includes the providing and fitting of oil cooled single phase 10 KVA servo automatic voltage stabilizer of ISI reputed make. Fabrication, providing, installation and fitting of box type sheet enclosure for fitting of panel and voltage stabilizer with proper spacing. Providing and laying of 2.5 sq. mm 3 core sub cable of suitable length as per site condition. Providing and laying of 2 core PVC insulated 6 sq. mm (Aluminium) as service line requirement from LT pole to starter panel of reputed make. Making of electrical connection with the starter panel, service line and submersible pump set after properly thimbling and testing and commissioning thereof. The job also includes providing and fitting of CPVC pipe of suitable dia along with elbows, bends, sockets, valve for interconnection from outlet of bore to the GSR and from GSR to ESR. The job includes cost of material and labour charges of tools and tackles and installation & testing of bore at site.

Providing and lowering of 25 mm dia HDPE pipe conforming to IS: 4984 along with supporting cable and other accessories that are required for coupling the submersible pump motor set.

Providing and laying of CPVC Pipe (SCH-80) of 25 mm dia of 3 mtr length as per site requirement from bore hole outlet to GSR and for making connection from GSR to ESR. This job also includes all the allied accessories that are required for successful commissioning for rising line.

Providing and laying of 2.5 sq.mm 3 core Sub cable of 0-100 metres

Providing, installation fitting, and testing of 2000 L Plastic Water Tank (3 layer) of reputed make which act as GSR as well as ESR. The job also includes the fabrication of steel platform of compatible size for mounting of water tanks. The job also includes any other work required for successful commissioning of GSR and ESR.
