Providing & fixing 4mm thickness APP superthermoly stp sheet polyester based sheet black finishing( including 2 coats of silver colour paint) with hot torch treatment over RCC /cemented surface by following methods (i)applying with shalitex stp primer for bitumen membrane @0.40 liters/Sqm (ii) Mt. by the 4mm thickness APP superthermoly stp sheet polyester based sheet black finishing manufacturerer of density at@25*C ,0.87-0.89 kg/ liter over primer coated layer shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all the joints longitudinal as well as transverse prepare the surface complete. (iii) cut 1\\"deep grove above the roof surface on the parapet wall and seal edge of APP superthermoly stp polyester sheet into the groove with polymer modified mortar .(iv)Incase of low height parapets ,terminate APP superthermoly stp polyester sheet over the parapet. (v) For overlapping of joints, rub the polythylene side of membrane by wire brush,apply shali bond APP over the rubbed area ,allow it to the tacky and then fix the bituminous side of APP superthermoly stp sheet polyester with hot application (vi) For longitudinal and transverse joints overlap of 75mm and 100mm respectively is desired. The vital physical and chemical parameter of the membrane shall be as under:- Softening point of membrane not less than 150*C & cold flexibility shall be upto 0*C when tested in accordance with ASTM ,Joint strength in longitudinal amd transverse direction at 23*C as 350/300 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. in 4mm thick , the weight of Roll (40 kg for 1meter by 10 meter) the laying of membrane shall be got done through the certified applicator (certificate need to be attached) (vii) incl single coat of aluminium paint at top complete job as per the direction of E.I.C. LMR
