Drilling of 125 mm diameter tube well by air rotary drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125 mm diameter in suitably drilled bore hole as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-I) with up to date amendments. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachments and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones. The job includes the cost shifting of drilling accessories, tools, bits, casing shoe, consumables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled labors and other unforeseen items. Development of tube well with backwash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the directions of site engineer.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well ERW Fe 410 mild steel screwed or socketed/plain ended 125 mm nominal dia (MS 125 mm) casing pipe conforming to IS: 4270:2001 with up to date amendments of reputed and approved make, including painting of outside brand and manufacture including required transportation hire and labor charges, fitting/welding and accessories all complete for all depths as per direction of engineer in charge. The casing pipe is to be slotted as per the site requirement and as directed by site engineer.

Providing, fitting and commissioning of single phase submersible type pumping unit along with allied jobs. Complete details of the job are as under: P/F/T and commissioning of single phase pumping equipment following specifications:Power: Not less than 02 H.P., Discharge – 800–600 GPH, Head 80–90 m, Make: Reputed. The pump motor is coupled together with a steel coupling. The job includes lowering of the submersible pump equipment and P/F starter.

Providing and fitting of 32 mm dia GI (B-class) column pipe. The pipe is properly threaded at both ends and the length of each pipe is 3 m. The pipe is provided and fitted with GI sockets for jointing purpose.

Providing and fitting of 7.5 KVA single phase automatic voltage stabilizer (dry type). The job also includes P/F of copper wire of suitable gauge required for connecting of incoming and outgoing connections.

Providing and fitting of submersible cable of 4.0 sq. mm for connecting pumping unit.

Providing and fitting of 32 mm dia MS holding clamps fabricated out of 10 mm thick MS plate with nuts and bolts.

Providing and fitting of reducer 32 mm – 25 mm dia. The job also includes P/F of 32 mm dia GI bend, MOC: B class including well cap of suitable size.

Providing and fitting of 05 mm steel wire rope for holding submersible pumping unit.

Providing/laying of plain cement concrete block of size 4 ft x 4 ft x 1 ft in 1:3:6 mix to give adequate strength to act as a sanitary block for the well and to grout the hand pump assembly in order to make it robust to resist shock load observed while pumping. The job includes providing/laying of PCC edges of 4 inch x 4 inch in 1:3:6 mix and P/L of cement plaster in 1:4 mix to the above block to give aesthetically good appearance. Cost on account of shuttering, strutting, centering, curing etc. is included in the scope of work.
