62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Supply and fixing 8 mm thick ivory light shaded vitrefied tiles 600x600mm size in flooring and skirting eath 1:3 cement and coarse sand i/c all comp. of work.

Proving and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacture , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete .

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete. With 2nd class teak wood beading 62X19 mm

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes
