| 1 | The work of erection of 11 KV HT/LT Lines & 63/100 KVA Sub-Stations for electrification of various sites of Payjal Punargathan Yojana under FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME 2025-26 under EDD, Atarra, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. Details of the work as given below ;- |
| 2 | Safe cartage of 11 Mtr. long ST poles from store centre to the respective site of work. |
| 3 | Safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, G.I. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work. |
| 4 | Erection & grouting of SP structure on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). All grouting material arranged by contractor at his own cost. |
| 5 | Erection & grouting of DP structure on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. | 8 | Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x70 Sq.mm. in cable trench, where trench is to be prepared by contractor, if required. Making of trench with sand, concrete & bricks etc. (All trench material arranged by contractor at his own cost. Only XLPE Cable provided by department). |
| 9 | Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of ACSR Weasel/Dog Conductor on the newly erected pole with complete fitting/fixing of all associated materials as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. |
| 10 | Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of LT PVC Armourd Cable 4x16 Sq.mm. for connection from T/F LT bushing to LT DB with complete fitting/fixing of all associated materials as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. |
| 11 | Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of LT PVC Cable 3.5x220 Sq.mm. for connection from T/F LT bushing to LT Cable with complete fitting/fixing of all associated materials as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. |
| 12 | Erection/commissioning of 3x70 Sq.mm. 11 KV O/D and I/D Type Cable Jointing Kit (Cable Box) (as per site requirement) for 3x70 Sq.mm. XLPE cable and making all suitable arrangements to get the work done. |
| 13 | Erection & fixing of T-Off Channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. |
| 14 | Erection & fixing of 11 KV TPMO set with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. |
| 15 | Erection & fixing of 11 KV Fuse set with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. |
| 16 | Erection & fixing of 11 KV Pilfer Proof Metering Cubicle with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. |
| 17 | Erection & fixing of 11 KV CT/PT Pole Unit with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. |
| 18 | Erection & fixing of Gurading Angle with fitting of all accessories for guarding of line crossing as per RESSPO manual. |
| 19 | Safely installation of 63 KVA Transformers in newly ereted double pole in proper alignment complete work alongwith fitting of all accessories, including the work of its cartage, loading & unloading at the respective ends. |
| 20 | Safely installation of 100 KVA Transformers in newly ereted double pole in proper alignment complete work alongwith fitting of all accessories, including the work of its cartage, loading & unloading at the respective ends. |
| 21 | Chopping of Tree Branches Coming in the vicinity of the lines during execution of the above works (One Job means each site of work). |
| 22 | Supply & Erection/fixing of Stone Pad as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost). |
| 23 | Supply & Erection/fixing of Danger Board with clamps & Nut-bolts as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost). |
| 24 | Supply & erection/fixing of LT Fuse Set Protection for protection of TF with supporting material i.e. Lugs, Clamps etc. alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost). |
| 25 | Supply & fixing/mounting of G.I. Pipe 6\\" dia with supporting clamps etc. for laying of cable alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost). |
