Bridge Ladder: 10’L x 2’W x 6’H. Horizontal ladder is of m.s pipe 2” and ¾” and vertical ladder is of same material of 12 gauge ISI mark with suitable PU Primer and PU Paints. Complete item with GST, Transportation, Installation with C.C and labor at site.

-Wave Slide: 9’.5 L x 5’H. Wave slide is of molded Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) of 6mm thick and climbing ladder is of m.s pipe 1” x 12 gauge and m.s rectangular pipe 65 x 25 mm box X 16 gauge as climbing steps which support with 1”.25 sq. pipe x 14 Guage with suitable PU Primer and PU Paints. Complete item with GST, Transportation, Installation with C.C and labor at site.

-Chain Swing (2 seater): 10’L x 5’.5W x 8’.5 H. Horizontal frame and vertical legs is of G.I pipe of jindal make 2” x 12 gauge. It stays with G.I pipe 1” x 12 gauge. Swinging seats-2 nos is of FRP molded Seat of 2mm thick fitted with m.s pipe ½” frame x 12 gauge which hang with G.I chain 6mm thick duly plated with ball bearing and m.s flat 6mm thick housing with suitable PU Primer and PU Paints. The rates are inclusive of all taxes with 2 years defect liability period free of cost to full satisfaction of engineer in charge.

NS Item= Ornamental Canopy with base complete in all respect – with 6 No. Ornamental Design FRP Molded Pillar FRP base pedestal with vertical fitted design having base width of size 260mm x 260mm and height 900mm having 4 no. of size 20mm drilled in the base with hold fasts and having B class pipe of size 88 mm and height 2890mm, the central m.s pipe holds FRP Molded taj 6no of size 260 x 260 x 210mm high suitably mounted at appropriate height complete as per design. Complete pillar suitably grinded and subsequently spray painted with two coats of P.U Paints in required shade. (ii) 12 No. spndred and 6 no. Friezes Floral and Ornate decorative design combination of spandrel and frieze, matched to be suspended between two m.s pillars as per the design. The spandrel (L-Bracket) having length 420mm and height 400mm the frieze (Top Panel) height 250mm and length as per the size of the gazebo. The frieze mounted on m.s tabular pipe frame of size 50mm x 25mm, frieze properly welded to the column pillars at either ends. Complete set of spandrel and frieze uniformly grinded spray primered, spray painted with P.U Paints. (iii ) 3 No. cast iron/frp base panel railing with frame Floral and Ornate decorative design cast iron/frp side railing panel as per design having height of 730mm and length as per size of Gazebo. Each panel top and bottom mounted with mild steel tubular pipe frame of size 50 x 25 mm. The bottom mild steel pipe having 2 nos. of hold fasts in m.s pipe of size 40 x 40mm and length 250mm welded at the base to hold the panel in the ground. Every panel length is as per the gap between the two pillars. The complete railing panel grinded for neat surface finishes spray primered and subsequently spray painted with P.U Paint in required shade. (iv) One set of top frame with Double Finishing FRP Molded Plastic Sheet roof Top frame in m.s tubular pipe of size 40 x 40mm properly welded and grinded. The top frame mounted with FRP molded Sheet of 4 mm thick with top and bottom good finishing (Double finishing sheet) to make it rust proof bent to profile of size 245mm width in -Z- section on either ends fixed horizontally along the length between column pillars. Also it contain FRP Moulded Ball of 14”Dia x 2mm thick at the central top for its beautification. Each sheet enamel painted in red color. Each such sheet properly riveted to horizontal sheets. The complete item is fitting at site with installation and construction of canopy base should be made of earth work .15 m deep, Brick ballast .15 m depth,two steps of first class brick work 1:5 of 3.00 mX.30 mX.45 m and 3.00 m X.30 m X.60m, cement concerete on .10 height and finishing with checqurred tiles on the base and steps. (Including fixing at site and supervision and transportation and all type taxes)
