Opening of filter media & picking out the materials by executing filter media from filter bed to cut side & stacking the same at ground level, screening the executed materials to make separate the stone pebbles from the sand coal, dust& dry flocks as per direction of Engineer in charge including cost of all labour, T&P, sundries

Grading of stone pebbles in different sizes as per direction of Engineer in charge including shorting out the unserviceable

Painting two or more coat of chlorinated rubber paint of high build finish line sol or equivalent make on walls & other surface of flocculater tube, settler filter etc. including cleaning & preparation of surface as per direction of Engineer in charge to give an even shade including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete including cost of one coat primer.

Providing & fixing 75mm dia cast iron pipe with 8/10mm dia drilled holes as per direction of Engineer in charge in laterals of filter in proper position alignment & level.

Filling of graded stone pebbles as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing & filling specified coarse sand of effective size 0.7mm, uniformity coefficient D60/D10=1.5 in layers in filter as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supply & laying Anthracite coal for filter media effective size 1.0mm,uniformity coefficient 1.5 (D60/D10) and specific gravity 1.4,carbon contents shall not be less than 95% including cost of all materials, labour ,transportation, taxes, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing & fixing Sal wood plugs of dia 80mm to 125mm & 150mm long as per direction of Engineer in charge.
