Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size and material which includes repairing of bursts and leakages pollution control, survey and removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections, collection and recording minimum 10 nos of residual chlorine samples during supply timings, interconnections and all work related to pipeline network in existing distribution and rising main pipelines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil\ hard soil including cutting of black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. this will also cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing materialto make repair proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at side of pipes and upto ground level. For entire job contractor will use their own T&P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange dewatering, JCB and tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. the work include daily patrolling and repair the leakage within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipeline network of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for per Km pipe line per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the department. (159.95 km x12 month) Minimum labour for a following kms pipelines to be deployed 1 Km to 50 Km - 1 Fitter II and 1 Beldar 51 Km to 100 Km - 1 Fitter II and 2 Beldar 101 Km to 200 Km - 2 Fitter II and 4 Beldar 201 Km to 300 Km - 3 Fitter II and 6 Beldar 301 Km to 400 Km - 4 Fitter II and 8 Beldar Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
