Conduct field visit as per schedule provided by AGCL Engineer-in-Charge to inspect/ check healthiness of CP systems (both old & new) & coatings and effectiveness of O&M activities/practices in the field for certifying existing CP system’s performance and adequacy. Conduct site visit specially for:--investigation/fact finding/root cause analysis of CP related failures in the field.-addressing concern for foreign pipeline interference.

Evaluation & necessary recommendations on the technical part of the bid documents, on opening of techno-commercial bid.

Review and approval of new CP installation design documents & technical specifications. Review and analysis of design input data, basis & assumptions, design calculations and specifications of CP systems, equipment, materials etc. as mentioned in the TCP/PCP design document of individual steel pipeline network. For TCP (New Project) upto second revision

To review CP data provided by AGCL for respective pipeline and submission of pipeline wise CP assurance report. To assure the adequacy of CP system’s performance by reviewing technical documents, O&M data and carrying out field visit to check fit for purpose of the system and providing improvement areas in accordance with reference tenders and best industrial practices and advisory as per scope of work.
