Reconditioning of pump by removing the pump including top and bottom casing from site, taking to mechanical workshop. for refurbishment and corrosion protection coating for both the pump casing including the impeller using kiroskar corrocoat make glass flake coating technology, preparing the surface of the casing and impeller by abrassive blastingand then balancing the impeller, the corrosion resistance coat should be of 1.2mm DTF and then boxup the impeller to the pump shifting the pump to the site including transportation and reinstallation up the same and taking performance trial for pump of 100HP. As per direction of Engineer-incharge.
