1	Hiring charges of Under Water drill machine, chain block, gas cutter, welding machine, tools and tackles etc. required at site
2	Dewatering of waste water with the help of suitable size of sludge submersible pump, delivery pipe & other consumables at suitable place.
3	Renovation of 1 No sluice gate having size 900 x 900 mm manually operated Sluice gate generaliy confirm to IS:14846 with latest amendments, having body, door, dome, gland in graded cast iron to IS210, Gr. FG-260, four faces spindle nut of gun metal, inside screwed rising S.S AISI:410 spindle. Dismantling of sluice gate by upper & lower dome of sluice gate by removing/cutting of nut bolt with the help of gas cutter and men power. The job i/c dismantle / removing the each part like spindle, GM nut, flap and GM ring of body for repairing and overhauling.
4	Repairing of S.S. Spindle by remetalling on the damaged portion, the job i/c machining, re-threading, finishing etc.
5	Repairing of G.M. ring of both side of body by remetalling, machining and finishing by machining work to make its original shape as required by job. Also includes the charges of Re-fixing the same of GM ring in body.
6	Repairing of G.M. ring of both side of flap by remetalling, machining and finishing by machining work to make it proper size. Also includes the charges of Re-fixing the same of GM ring in flap.
7	Repairing of CI flap by repairing of GM nut groove in the flap for accurate fixing of GM nut. Fabrication and fixing of MS flat by drilling and threading in CI flap and tightly fixing by using of nut bolts and washer with proper machining / alignment and operation with flap as per requirement by job.
8	P/F of GM nut and thrust bearing as per sample.
9	Providing of Rubber packing/ nut bolts washer etc as per site requirement.
10	Reassembling of sluice gate with the above spares with required hardware goods etc. as per site requirement.
11	Painting and primer charges of sluice gate with one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint of required shade & colour.
12	Repairing and Fixing of the center coupler I/C threading both side in the coupler and providing the pins in the coupler for hold the shaft.
13	Providing/Fixing of plumber block for guiding the extension operating rod and hand wheel.
14	Providing/Fixing of 6 meter long extension rod made out of 50mm dia rod.
15	Providing/Fixing the bottom coupler for fixing the bottom with the Pin in the gate.
16	Providing/Fixing of necessary support to Extension shaft for the straight movement of guide ways.
17	Providing services of 4 no underwater divers diving team with one supervisor for managing oxygen Cylinder, safety of the divers etc. and other under water equipment required at site work includes cleaning the surface of blend grooves of both the end where sluice gates is to be rest under deep water which includes lowering/ grinding of gate . The work also includes arrangement of all the safety equipment required at site against chlorine and safe enclose equipped with necessary equipment for making the diver's body temperature normal as per surrounding atmospheric conditions.
18	Installation, Testing, commissioning of sluice gate with nuts, bolts, gasket, coupler etc. with necessary civil work all as required.
