Providing, fixing and installing retroreflective Double Side Place Identification Signboards comprising of MS hollow section frame work, aluminium composite panel (ACP), micro prismatic retroreflective sheet Type XI of IRC 67-2022 and ASTM: D4956-17. The horizontal and vertical members of the Steel hollow section of size 50x50x3.2mm as per drawing. The aluminium composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm both sides. The ACP shall be routed, folded and fixed on the MS frame with VHB (Very High Bond) tape, 24mm wide and 2.3mm thick provided throughout the length and breadth of the frame including riveting at the right angle face of the frame with pop riveting or with self taping Steel screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to center ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to Type XI of IRC 67-2022 and ASTM: D4956-17 shall be pressure fixed as background sheet (In white colour) which will be digitally printed matter, border & symbol etc of approved make and colour to create a desired road sign and information message. The rear side of the Miled Steel frame shall be covered with balancing ACP 4mm. The edges of the board shall be covered alround with powder coated die cast extruded aluminium channel of required color and shade of size 68x12x2 mm. The channel shall further be secured by pop rivets having Steel screws of 5mm dia. at junctions and corners. . All structural steel work for the sign boards are included in this item.(Based on DSR 2023 Item No. 16.60) (Board Size 2440x1530mm)

Providing, installing and fixing retro reflective Double Sided Direction Shoulder Mounted Signboards comprising of customized modular PU (Poly Urathane) Epoxy coated MS hollow section frame work, aluminum composite panel (ACP) mill finished or PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) coated or as specified as base board, micro prismatic retro reflective sheet. The horizontal and vertical members of the Mild Steel frame module shall be made of Mild Steel hollow section of size 50x50x3.2mm as per approved drawing and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with same section. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm. The ACP shall be routed, folded and fixed on the MS frame with VHB (Very High Bond) tape, 24mm wide and 2.3mm thick provided throughout the length and breadth of the frame including riveting at the right angle face of the frame with pop riveting or with self taping Stainless Steel screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to center ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame.

The channel shall be fixed using two rows of double sided Very High Bond tape of above description. The channel shall further be secured by pop rivets having Stainless Steel screws of 5mm dia at junctions and corners. The rate shall included all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminum on both sides. The ACP shall be routed, folded and fixed on the MS frame with VHB (Very High Bond) tape, 24mm wide and 2.3mm thick provided throughout the length and breadth of the frame including riveting at the right angle face of the frame with pop riveting or with self taping Stainless Steel screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to center ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame.
