(SH:-SITC of Retrofit Type Emission Control Device in the Exhaust Side of 125 KVA DG Set at South Ex. Pump House under PWD EMD South East, New Delhi).

Retrofit Emission Control Device on existing 125 KVA DG Set of Cummins make DG Set to reduce particulate matter, Hydrocarbon and Carbon Monoxide Emission by least 70% in 5 mode D2 Cycle. Device should be \\"Type Approved\\" as per the system & Procedure of Central Pollution Control Board for Emission Compliance Testing of Retro-fit Emission Control Devices (RECD) for Diesel Power Generating Set Engines, dated 01/02/2022, wide Pollution Control Series PCLS/12/2021-22 Adhering to this. One of The four Central Pollution Control Board, Govt. of India, recognized / approved test agencies/ laboratories as given below:- (a) Automative Research Association of India (ARAI, Pune), (b) International Centre for Automative Testing (ICAT, Manesar), (c) Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP, Dehradun), (d) Vehicle Research Development Establishment (VRDE, Ahmednagar) RECD should not consume additional electricity / Power either from the main supply or DG Set for emission reduction. RECD should be installed on the top of the DG Set, with available space. No extra Space to install RECD will be provided around DG Set considering the constraint of the space and its cost including testing, Commissioning of EDC etc as required. (Make: auto Moto Genset/Chakrshield/ SRG or any make duly approved by CPC Authorized Lab for equivalent KVA DG Set)

Supplying and laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC - sheated/XLPE aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in existing HDPE Dipe etc as read.

Supplying & fabrication of wire mesh protection frame work fabricating with 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm thick angle iron and tee iron of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm thick by making blocks of not less than 90cm x 90cm in frame i/c providing and fixing wiremesh of section 75mm x 25mm of i/c openable door from front side of the same formation with locking arrangement having weight not less than 7.75kg/sq.mtrs and shall be fixed with the help of nut bolts and all frame work is to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint complete etc. as required.
