Maintaining proper cleanliness inside and outside of Park by cleaning, sweeping and brooming daily to walking path rest shelter and other assets of the park. Collection of waste materials like plastic bags, paper, dry vegetation and other organic waste. Apart from this day to day maintenance of existing all types of plants and lawn preparation and application of fertilizers and daily watering to plants, lawn complete as per instruction of engineer in charge. For effective cleaning 6 number unskilled manpower required for the job.

Providing and planting of good quality ornamental flower/Non flower plant sapling (average height upto 2') of various species as required as per instruction of E/I.

Sypplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and cariage complete .

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure fom approved source.Including carriage complete .

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directly by the officer in charge.

Spreading of sludge dump manure and / Or good earh in required thickness as per direction of officer in charge.

Cutting of Jungle & grass with petrol grass cutting machine including cleaning & stacking at one place. Cutting Machine has to be engaged with semi-skilled manpower and work has to be carried out in command area of Neem Vatika. Cost includes Hire charges of machine, machine operator, petrol & maintenance of machine all complete works as per direction of engineer incharge. (Engagement of 01 nos. Grass cutting machine & 01 nos semi-skilled manpower per day) (excluding holidays)
