Running and breakdown maintenance of Air Conditioner including fixing of above spares as and where required (144 nos.). Contractor has to ensure availability of 1 no. Skilled + 01 no. unskilled manpower per day. Availabilty to be ensured on an average 4 days in a week.(Rate should be quoted excluding of CMPF)
