| 1 | Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 0.430 MLD capacity based on Biodigester and Rootzone Technology with constructed wetland (Rootzone system), including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =350 mg/litre & suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 50 mg /litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) <100, N - Total N ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre. The scope of work includes construction of Inlet Chamber (1 No.), Screen Chamber (2 No.), Grit Channel (2 No.),oil and grease chamber 1no.,parshall flume, Distribution Box (1 No.), Biodigester system, Aerobic Treatment system, Sludge Drying Beds, constructed wet land (Rootzone), multi media filter, chlorine contact tank with required arrangement, walk ways, , Interconnectivity pipe of STP units & Effluent Pipe for disposal of treated waste, Boundary wall with Fencing Panel around the S.T.P Yard (P&F), Steel Gate (P&F), Interconnecting Path, Railing and Access Ladder, Plant Building/Chowkidhar Room and pump house (plinth area of all buildings 80.50 sq.m.), providing and installation of Electro - Mechanic Equipment’s, Generator set of required capacity,Providing and fixing of yard lighting around STP, with in all leads and lifts at site complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (as per chapter No. vi(a), vi(b), vi (c). 3 Months of successful trial run as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition).
