| 3 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters)thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in stairs cases with slopping or stepped soffits, excluding, landing, up to all floor level, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but exluding GST. |
| 4 | Providing and laying cement concrete work of grade M-25 (M-Twenty Five) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 25N/mm2 (Twenty Five newton per Square milimetres) with cement contents not less than 400 kg (Four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre to give a smooth surfaces mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete, excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts and the like mass concrete complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but exluding GST. |
| 5 | Providing and laying cement concrete work of grade M-25 (M-Twenty Five) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 25N/mm2 (Twenty Five newton per Square milimetres) with cement contents not less than 400 kg (Four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre to give a smooth surfaces mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete, excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, and the like mass concrete complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 6 | Providing Tor steel steel reinforcement of Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more of Tata Tiscon / Sail for Reinforced concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding including the cost of binding wires complete upto all floor level and as per HPPWD specifications, approved Drawing,design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but exluding GST. |
| 7 | Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materils within all leads and lifts and other incidential. The rate is including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but exluding GST. |
| 8 | Construction of embankment with approval materils obtained from borrow pits with a lifts upto 1.5m transporting to site, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirment of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per MORD technical specification clause 301.5 including of materils in all leads, lifts and other incidential or as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer- in- Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
